STOLL closely monitors the continuously developing Covid-19 virus situation. We have taken different measures focusing on our customers’ needs as well as ensuring our employees’ and business partners’ health all over the world.

Following measures have already been taken to protect customers and employees
and to continue being there for you:

Corona Task Force

Since some weeks, STOLL has installed a Task Force to constantly monitor and analyze the rapidly developing situation and, if necessary, to take appropriate measures quickly.

Following the recommendations and guidelines of the authorities containing the coronavirus and we have taken appropriate measures to minimize the risk of infection with the virus for our employees and for our business partners worldwide.

Flexible working
For some time now, many employees have the opportunity to work to a certain extent on a mobile base i.e. also from home. Thereby we reduce the density of employees at the workplace and thus significantly reduce the risk of infection. At the same time with this possibility we offer a high degree of flexibility to maintain business operations for you even in these difficult times.

Use of virtual channels
Since the beginning of the coronavirus situation, we have always focused on the protection of our employees. That is why we have massively restricted business trips.

In general, business trips to risk areas defined by the Robert Koch-Institute are prohibited. All other business trips are only possible if there is an imperative operational need in individual cases and considering the applicable official regulations. All meetings - both internal with colleagues and external with business partners - should, as far as possible, take place via virtual communication channels.

Increase of our Online Supports
The STOLL Training Center is now offering compact online trainings for customers. This will keep you up to date and you can easily take part in our courses in your familiar environment.

Production continues
Our plant in Reutlingen-Betzingen continues producing - though with capacity adapted to the situation. Also our plant in China resumed production after the extended closing days around Chinese New Year. As of today, the scheduled delivery capability of our locations is given. We are in contact with all partners in our supply chain to be informed about possible effects at an early stage and to be able to react to possible delays promptly.
