CMS 822 HP
With the CMS 822 HP you can simultaneously knit two Fully Fashion pieces in the tandem mode with up to 2 x 42"/2 x 107 cm. Coupled carriages enable an enormous working width of up to 84"/213 cm, and as a result extra-large sizes in XXL. If necessary, the machine can be converted to a CMS 822 HP multi gauge or CMS 822 HP knit and wear configuration.

2x16 Clamping and cutting points
Individual thread disposal of up to 32 yarn feeders by 16 separate clamping and cutting devices on each side. (Not for models with additional beds as well as CMS 520 C, CMS 830 C knit&wear, CMS 730 S knit&wear and Economy Line).
Additional holder for yarn bobbins
For suspension on the back of the bobbin board. For 2x4, 2x5 or 2x7 additional bobbins depending on type.

Separate knot detectors for small and large knots with scaleable setting of the desired parameters.

Large needle bed racking
The needle bed is equipped with a racking device with a maximum racking course of four inches and a programmable racking speed.
Programmable speed with flexible speed adjustment using starting bar. Variable stroke with Power-RCR system (Rapid Carriage Return). Especially useful at short strokes for narrow garments, binding off and narrowing.
Monitoring functions knitting machine
All intelligent sensors, actuators and CPU modules are permanently checked for correct operating mode. Error messages appear as clear text display explained via the integrated help system with remedy proposals.
