STOLL: Transfer of Selected Assets to CIXING Group

KARL MAYER has discontinued its flat-knitting machine business under the STOLL brand. The production facility in Reutlingen has been closed since October 31, 2025. Against this backdrop, KARL MAYER has signed an agreement to transfer selected assets of the former STOLL business unit. These assets are to be transferred to Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. (CIXING Group). The planned scope includes, among other things, the STOLL brand, selected inventory, and specific technological assets. The STOLL spare parts service, the STOLL Helpline, and the stoll.com domain are currently being transferred from KARL MAYER to CIXING. Spare parts will be stored in two warehouses in the future. KARL MAYER’s central warehouse in Obertshausen will take over the stock from Reutlingen in November and handle all logistical services through to shipment. In addition, KARL MAYER China will serve as the sole central warehouse location to meet global demand for parts for BMS machines. The latest updates are available for the sampling software. Software license keys can still be purchased, and existing installations can still be used.
