With gauges E1,5.2, E2.2 and E3, a working width of 50"/127 cm, 2 systems, spring loaded sinkers (except E3) and STOLL-multiflex® take-down, the CMS 520 ki C multi gauge is suitable to knit fabrics in ultra-coarse gauge and hand-knit appearance or local knitting such as deep gores or pockets. All with a minimal yarn consumption.

FEATURES

SPRING LOADED SINKERS:

To improve reliability on local knitting such as deep gores or pockets:

Available on gauges E1,5.2 and 2.2.

CENTRAL LUBRICATION:

The automatic central lubrication supplies the needle bed with the necessary needle oil.

Benefits:
- to ensure a reliable maintenance and therefore to ensure a reliable daily production.
- reduces, optimizes the use of lubricants

ONLINE VIA NETWORK:

With the Ethernet connection STOLL machines can be connected to standard networks for fast transmission of large quantities of data and remote access to other devices.

NEEDLE:

The pelerine spring-transfer needle with spring-loaded latch.

Benefits: it is characterized by low needle wear and a high level of safety during opening, closing, and transferring.

PTS (POWER TENSION SETTINGS):

It enables different stitch lengths in a single knitting row.

Benefits: faster stitch density changes in the fabric and thus more pattern possibilities.

SPLIT-STITCH:

Split-stitch without the need of exchanging cams for all fine gauges available

Benefit: Less interruption times in the production

LARGE NEEDLE BED RACKING:

The needle bed is equipped with a racking device with a maximum racking course of 4" and a programmable racking speed.

STOLL MULTI-TOUCH PANEL:

The 1366x768-pixel wide view color display with multi-touch screen is practical and clear. The individual user interface and intuitive menu guide enable pattern changes to be entered easily and directly on the machine.

- Better usability with capacitive touch (faster display reaction)
- New gestures
- Due to the possibility to access remotely to other devices (e.g. CREATE PLUS, PPS...), changes can be performed directly at the machine

FRICTION FEED WHEELS

8 fold friction feed wheels left and right.

To ensure a reduced, constant thread tension. An optimum yarn supply device for a maximum number of threads.

TAKE-DOWN:

STOLL-MULTIFLEX® main take-down with adjustable roller segments and take-down comb for fabric starts on empty needles in combination with auxiliary take-down operates automatically.

AUXILIARY TAKE-DOWN:

Only in combination with Multiflex take-down

For a better wide fixing effect of the knitting fabric.

OIL DRAIN CONTAINER

With the oil drain container the oil is collected centrally without the need of additional vacuum cleaners or rags to clean the excess oil from the machine.
Consequently, it will be more environmentally friendly.

CLAMPING AND CUTTING DEVICE:

Individual thread holding via 8 clamping and cutting units on each side of the machine.

Benefits:
- easier and faster pattern programming
- more productivity in some fabrics

BATTERY BACK-UP:

For a correct continuation of the knitting process after power failure.
