Please add the following information in your contact email for technical support:
- Company credentials and country.
- Your customer number, if available.
- For machine issue, we must have Machine Type, Component and Number like 815 001 01234 or if you have a more recent machine like 867 000 60123.
- Furthermore, we need the error number shown by the machine.
For issues with your Patterning Software, we must have the following information.
- Version of your M1+ and Create Software.
- Pattern file MDV or SPF.
- Detailed issue description, screenshots will help.
