Helpline and Spare Parts

KARL MAYER has discontinued its flat-knitting machine business under the STOLL brand. The production facility in Reutlingen has been closed since October 31, 2025. Against this backdrop, KARL MAYER has signed an agreement to transfer selected assets of the former STOLL business unit. These assets are to be transferred to Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. (CIXING Group). The planned scope includes, among other things, the STOLL brand, selected inventory, and specific technological assets.

Spare Parts Service and Helpline

The STOLL spare parts service, the STOLL Helpline, and the stoll.com domain are currently being transferred from KARL MAYER to CIXING.
