Where life is lived, durability is needed.

Upholstery fabrics can be produced for various areas, such as contract, household or transportation. These technical fabrics have to fit perfectly and be easy to process. Special demands are required for these types of garments, such as wear resistance, light and color fastness and low flammability. Thus textiles appearing as woven of warp knit fabrics can be implemented in either 2D or 3D shapes showing the same or even better characteristics as conventional solutions.

STOLL flat knitting technology creates a variety of upholstery
structures. Covering fabrics and upholstery material can be knitted with woven optics and structure effects. Transparent mesh structures provide demanded breathability. Surfaces can be designed with arbitrary combinations of structures to integrate functional and design requirements in one knitting process.
