Knitting Basics I – Learn fundamental knitting terms and techniques, develop a sample reference book.

CMS and ADF Machine Handling – Machine maintenance, problem solving, and mechanical attributes.
- Mach 11th-15th, 2024 or September 23-27th, 2024 (9am-5pm EST)

- Prerequisites: Knitting Basics I or equivalent experience
Create Plus Beginner Training – Option 1 Knit programming for beginners (slower pace than option 2). Create Plus card trial required.
- Two separate two-week sessions – First half: April 8th-19th, 2024, Second half: August 5th-16th, 2024 (9am-5pm EST)
- Minimum 4 participants
- Prerequisites: Knitting Basics I & CMS and ADF Machine Handling, or equivalent experience
Create Plus Beginner Training – Option 2 Knit programming for professionals (faster pace than option 1). Create Plus card trial required.
- One three-week session - October 7th-25th, 2024 (9am-5pm EST)
- Minimum 4 participants
- Prerequisites: Knitting Basics I & CMS and ADF Machine Handling, or equivalent experience
Knit and Wear (Automatic) – advanced programming for the apparel industry
- July 8th-19th, 2024 or November 4th-15th, 2024
- Minimum 4 participants
- Prerequisites: Knitting Basics I, CMS and ADF Machine Handling, M1 Plus and/or Create Plus training
Online Training
Fundamentals of Textiles – Basics of textile production with a focus on knitting
- January 31st-February 2, 2024 or September 4th-6th, 2024 (9am-5pm)
- Minimum 4 participants
- Prerequisites: none
Create Plus Switchover – Knit programming for former M1 Plus users. Create Plus card trial required.
- February 19th-March 1st, 2024 or June 3rd-14th, 2024 (9am-5pm)
- Minimum 4 participants
- Prerequisites: M1 Plus experience.
Create Design – Knit design for fashion developers. Create Plus card trial required.
- May 15th-16th, 2024 or August 22nd-23rd, 2024 (9:30am-3:30pm)
- Minimum 4 participants
- Prerequisites: none
Computer Requirements for Online Courses:
- Reliable video, audio, and internet connection with Microsoft Teams downloaded.
- Appropriate software downloaded prior to course commencement.
